Pumpkin harvest time here in Vic, highly recommend cracking a bottle of Two Pairs Pinot Gris (for the hard working chef of course!) frying up some onion, garlic, celery, and carrot, roasting up a tray of pumpkin with olive oil and rosemary, blending it all together in a pot with some stock, then kicking back and enjoying this delicious seasonal meal as the weather turns cool and the autumn leaves fall ππ©βπ³
